What makes our eddy current sorting stand out from others?
Our eddy current creates magnetic images using a shadow gate to provide an entire part signature. Other eddy current devices often only compare peak values. The complete signature provides for detection of critical metallurgical defects, such as conductive platings, hardness, burst detection, foreign material and certain gross defects by showing a deviation in the magnetic display.
