Inspek utilizes six and eight laser Mectron Qualifiers, all equipped with eddy current and demagnification coils. Our eight laser Qualifiers provide up to 16 points of inspection through 360 degrees over the entire part with a possibility of 112 gauge zones. The six laser Qualifiers provide 12 points of inspection through 360 degrees over the entire part with a possibility of 84 gauge zones to inspect the product.

•Deformed heads

•Thread defects (spiral, drunken, missing, etc.)
•Patched products (size, location, missing)
•Hex heads (across flats and across corners)

•Missing washers / Double washers
•Foreign material
